I’ve just been alerted (thanks Sandra!) to the upcoming total lunar eclipse – visible (if the fog clears!) from the UK on Thursday at the goth-friendly time of 3am! A lunar eclipse is the time where the moon turns all sorts of funny colours – most recently turquoise according to NASA. While you’re on the NASA site, you may also help them find a name for their latest space telescope which is so far called ‘GLAST’, a name NASA is not entirely happy with. Personally, I have to say that anything with ‘Last’ in would make me very happy! ;)
